Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser & operator: Sinar Mas Digital Day 2026 is hosted by Sinar Mas and operated by Hyperjump (PT Artha Rajamas Mandiri). Together they are responsible for the personal data processed through this platform.
2. Consent is purpose-specific: We ask for separate, specific consent for each purpose (for example: processing your registration, sending you updates, or sharing booth-visit data). You may give consent for some purposes and not others, and you can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting your attendance.
3. Lawful & limited processing: We process personal data only for the purposes you have consented to, keep it only as long as necessary for the event and any legal obligations, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it, in line with applicable Indonesian data-protection law.
4. Your rights: You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, at any time by contacting smdd@hyperjump.tech.
5. Code of conduct: Attendees agree to behave respectfully and lawfully on-site and online. The organiser may revoke access for violations.

Applies when you confirm attendance via the RSVP link.

1. Invitation & eligibility: SMDD 2026 is invitation-only. Your RSVP and e-ticket are personal to you and must not be transferred without the organiser's approval.
2. Data we collect: Your name, company, position, contact details, attendance choice, and selected interests.
3. How we use it: To process your registration, issue your e-ticket, manage venue access, and — only if you consent — personalise session recommendations and send you event updates.
4. Attendance is binding: If you decline, no e-ticket is issued and you cannot access the venue; this choice cannot be changed afterwards.
5. Communications: With your consent, we send your e-ticket and event updates via email and WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Applies when you reserve a seat for a session or breakout that requires a reservation.

1. Reservation is per-session: Some sessions and breakouts have limited capacity. Reserving a seat holds it for you. If you cannot attend, please release the seat from My Reservations so someone else can take it.
2. Why we ask for consent: Speakers and session leads may receive a list of confirmed attendees (name, company, position) before the session so they can tailor content, prepare materials, and run polls or Q&A more smoothly. Reserving a seat without this consent is not possible because the speaker needs to know who they are presenting to.
3. What is shared: Only the fields above — never your phone number, email, or any data outside what you provided at RSVP. Booth visits, doorprize stamps, and other event data are not shared with session speakers.
4. How long: Speakers receive the attendee list shortly before their session and are asked to delete it after the event. The organiser keeps the reservation record for capacity planning and post-event reporting only.
5. Withdrawing your reservation: Cancelling a reservation removes you from the speaker's attendee list for that session. You may also email smdd@hyperjump.tech to request removal.

Applies when an invited Sinar Mas participant confirms family members for Day 2 (Saturday, 24 October 2026).

1. Eligibility: Family Day is open only to family members nominated by an invited Sinar Mas participant via the secure magic-link sign in. Each invited participant may confirm up to a per-person limit (announced on the page), and total Family Day attendance is capped across the whole event.
2. Day 2 only: Family tickets grant access to Day 2 only. They do not grant access to Day 1 sessions, breakouts, or invited-only programming.
3. Data we collect: The full name of each family member. We do not collect their email, phone, or government ID through this form. The inviting participant remains the contact point.
4. How we use it: To issue a QR ticket for each confirmed family member, manage on-site check-in, and produce event documentation (photo and video) of Family Day for internal and marketing use.
5. Changes & withdrawal: Family confirmations may be updated or withdrawn before the event by emailing smdd@hyperjump.tech. Confirmed seats released after the global cap is reached may not be reopened.

Applies when you choose to take a live selfie during RSVP. Providing your face image is entirely optional.

1. Optional, consent-based: The face capture step is voluntary. You can complete your RSVP and attend the event without providing a face image. If you do provide one, this section applies.
2. What we collect: A single still image captured by your device camera at the moment you tap Capture. We do not record audio, video streams, or any biometric template at the time of capture.
3. How we use it: The image is stored securely by the organiser and may be used for event administration, on-site identity verification, and operational purposes related to Sinar Mas Digital Day 2026. It is not sold, traded, or shared with sponsors or third-party booths.
4. Storage & retention: Stored on systems controlled by the organiser with access limited to authorised SMDD personnel. Retained only as long as needed for event-related purposes and any applicable legal obligation, then deleted.
5. Your rights: You may access, correct, or request deletion of your captured image at any time, including after the event, by contacting smdd@hyperjump.tech. Withdrawing this consent does not affect your attendance.

Applies when you opt in to collect booth stamps and join the prize draw. Joining is voluntary.

1. Voluntary participation: You can attend and enjoy the event without joining the doorprize. Points and progress are only recorded after you opt in.
2. Data we collect: Your ticket identifier, the booths you visit, the time of each scan, and the points awarded.
3. Sharing with booths: By opting in, you consent to each booth you visit seeing that you visited (name, company, contact) so they may follow up with you after the event. This is a separate consent from your RSVP.
4. Points & eligibility: Points are awarded per booth visit. The points target for eligibility may change before or during the event; the rule announced on the day prevails. The draw is final and not exchangeable for cash.
5. Withdrawal: You may withdraw from the programme and request deletion of your stamp data at any time via smdd@hyperjump.tech.
