In his opening speech, Mr. Franky Widjaja thanked the Indonesian government for its support of the nation's digital infrastructure. Marking Sinar Mas's 87th anniversary, he stated that the company's MSME (UMKM) origins are the DNA of its commitment to empowering small businesses. He emphasized the need to adapt to the AI era, announcing a strategic collaboration with Alibaba to improve AI literacy in Indonesia. Mr. Widjaja concluded by urging everyone to innovate using the founder's values as a guide, reminding them that "if we become 1% better every day, then in a year we will be 37.8 times more superior".

In her opening remarks for the "Family Day" themed second day of Sinar Mas Digital Day 2025, Rika Oktavianti welcomed all employees and their families. She re-emphasized the "Infinite Possibilities" theme, stating that AI is now a vital necessity for global competitiveness, not just an option. Day 2 features inspirational sessions, interactive exhibits, entertainment by Maliq & D'Essentials, and an electric car grand prize. She concluded by encouraging everyone to "think more boldly" and embrace infinite possibilities, in line with Sinar Mas's commitment toward the "Indonesia Emas 2045" vision.

In his welcoming remarks, Suhendra invited everyone to reflect on the founder's legacy, coinciding with Sinar Mas's 87th anniversary. He explained that the theme, "Together We Go Far, Fast, Towards Infinite Future," is a call for collaboration in the new digital and AI era. Suhendra then highlighted key innovations for SMDD 2025, including the year-round Business Connect platform and a new "Women in Tech" award. He concluded with the hope that SMDD will become a unifying event to drive the company's future growth and sustainability.
